Logica3 Develops Interactive Safety Education Site for Kids
West Dundee, IL—November 3, 2010—Logica3 Ltd. and the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) announce the launch of PropaneKids.com, a multimedia site featuring games and activities to help teach children about propane safety.
Logica3 was selected by PERC to create the site, which is comprised of interactive versions of popular children’s games and activities. Each activity teaches children about different aspects of propane including safety, environmental benefits, and general facts and information. All of the games feature three skill levels to appeal to kids of all ages.
“Teaching children about safety is very important to the propane industry,” stated Larry Dombrowski, vice president of Logica3 Ltd. “This site provides kids with a fun and effective way to learn about propane and establish good safety habits around the home.”
Parents, educators, and propane marketers will find the web site valuable for downloading activities to complete at home or in school. Activities such as safety inspection checklists, safety lesson plans, experiments, and tips for talking to children about safety are available.
